Chicos brand navy swing tunic! Has fun metal snaps going up the arms! New w/tags! This stretchy tunic (or mini dress if you are super short like me) is amazing! The A-line shape is flattering on almost every body type & the lightweight to medium fabric makes this so versatile & able to be worn in any season/weather. Size 2, which is a size 12/14 according to the brand's size chart (see last pic). It fits pretty true to size imo. Could probably fit a size 16 as well imo due to the amount of stretch.
