sewlovelyinc @jecarlson090 hi I’m sorry for the delayed response, I’m just seeing your comment. So to answer your question, I just don’t use hair tools very often at all. I might have used this straightener a handful of times at most, I also have the Dyson airwrap with multiple accessories that was purchased at the same time & that has never been used, not even once. So basically to sum it up, it has nothing to do with the straightener, it’s just me 🤷🏻‍♀️😬 lmk if you have any other questions.
