poshgram Happy to help! If a buyer says they didn't receive the item, Posh will usually pay/refund both the seller and the buyer. However, once an item is accepted by the buyer, Poshmark won't even consider their claim. As for recording, sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't. I usually only record/take photos if it's an expensive item or I just have a "feeling" lol

poshgram If someone opens a claim and you have proof that the item is in good condition or was sent correctly, I've heard stories where Posh sided with the buyer and stories where Posh sided with the seller. I think it all depends on who's reviewing the case and their mood at any given time lol I like to take photos because at the very least, the buyer knows I have proof. My state has some legal requirements, that are slightly complicated lol but I'm in the process of completing each one to make sure I do everything necessary to sell as a boutique

sewlovelyinc @poshgram but now that I will actually be purchasing items in "bulk" for the purpose of selling, these kind of instances really worry me! As unfortunate as it is, we both know there are a lot of dishonest people with absolutely no conscience 🙁 so knowing this kind of stuff & being prepared makes me more confident in the decision to take my Posh experience to the next level!

Most things are pretty stretchy or have a more relaxed fit just because that's what appeals to me when shopping..I can't wear super tight & be comfortable in it! But I've recently gained some weight & am now a true medium in most pieces so if there's anything in particular you'd like me to try on to show you how it fits now that I'm not the size I was when I originally purchased it lol I will gladly do so 😊

So if you look at the description of your listing it says top & bracelet but I don't blame you for asking lol it is pretty confusing!!
