This is new without tags. I ripped the tag off before putting it on expecting it to fit, but it did not. I would personally call this more of a XXL, or a loose fit XL. I range between L-XL usually, and this was too big on me. Never got the chance to wear this pretty top! I have stored it in a stack, hence the wrinkles.
