radioflygirl @jlutzm1 hi so o just did a measurement and posted some additional photo of my measuring. Indicates 10 but feels higher to me. I tried them on and they cover my belly button if that helps u at all. I have jeans that say 10 in rise and to me they typically go below my belly button. These measure at 10 but def go over my belly button. Hope that helps u.
