Flawless 1940’s vintage padded shoulder beaded dress

It’s hard to get a photo that gives this dress justice. Beautiful, excellent condition. Gorgeous beading. Impeccably designed. Chocolate brown color. It’s a treasure. Looks like a movie star would be wearing it in a Fred Astaire movie! I wish I could still fit into it. Sad. 😢 Small waist—- see photo. Please ask any questions you might have.
