This is new without the tag and in this condition. Comes from a smoke free home. There are several photos above that would be considered online or stock photos of the same dress. The last several are ones I took to add more details and measurements. No size tag but it’s small. Waist is very stretchy and goes from about 10 inches resting to nearly 17 inches stretched. Lovely tie at the neckline along with ruffle detail. Delicate fabric (that’s lined) and soft florals throughout. Sheer sleeves. Tiered skirt. So feminine and flowing in style. Love it.
