Extra fabric at straps. Please see attached photos. Lightweight cotton, no pockets and some stretch. Adjustable ties, and elastic at waist and side top. Can fit a wide range, fit me at 42/34. Sequin on bust and middle tier on skirt. Great dress for a beach coverup or for a cruise! My loss is your gain on this one!
