Beautiful, flattering, drap fabric. Smocked detailing across chest and back. Elasticized so can wear on or off the shoulder. Dark green vneck with a front slit. Never worn. Would be super cute in the summer but versatile for the fall with a camel colour bootie and leather jacket! Wish it fit. Size Medium Tall
