@anyancey14 i have a couple of these. i steam them. the crinkle stays in. and it is beautiful that way. i dont believe that it can be totally smoothed.

@anyancey14 please look at the last photo, to the right of the last button. It only appears as a parallel crease but it is a pull. The texture is crinkled. You cannot steam out the texture. It is purposefully meant to look like that
