Soft leather. Nice & roomy. Inside zippered compartment and 2 additional phone pockets. 5 floor feet. Zippered top entry. Large exterior zippered compartment on the back. Comfort straps. Good condition except a lightened area at top zipper & one of the flaps at handle base is coming loose, but does not ruin the functionality or not even visible when wearing. See last 2 photos. LP
