NWOT Loft dress perfect for dinner size xs

This adorable Loft dress hits just at the knee for me(I’m short) has an adorable crisscross back and super flattering navy and white stripes. The neckline is square and the sleeves can be worn off the shoulder. It’s in excellent condition and has never been worn. It has been washed once in preparation of wearing but was never worn.
