I bought these recently for my wedding, didn't end up using them, and now they don't fit after only wearing them a couple times (nothing with the shoes changed, my feet changed—probably from wearing too narrow of shoes). They are in great shape!! SIZING NOTE: the inside tags show these shoes are Size 8D (normal width), HOWEVER, they RUN SMALL. For a point of reference: I wear a 7E or 7EE in Ferregamo and an 8 in Johnston & Murphy, which I wear comfortably but are probably slightly too large. These velvet slippers do not fit me; they are probably more like a 7 or 7.5 and a little narrow. The entire shoe measures just under 11 inches long, and I have included Polo's approximate sizing chart but cannot vouch for its accuracy. But they are gorgeous formal shoes and, barring the sizing issues, are very comfortable.
