Vintage Polly Flinders Hand Smocked Dress White dress with beautifully smocked light blue and pink front, blue trim on sleeves and collar, 4 buttons down the back, with sash. Size 4 Polly Flinders dresses run small... Measurements- Length 21 inches Waist 9 inches Slight darkened areas by buttons, and a dark spot on back of one of the sash ends. Also, slight dark markings around hem, pictured. This dress was well loved, and worn by my 3 girls. ♥️
