Please set realistic expectations when purchasing pre-loved items. They are pre-owned and/or vintage and not brand new. They will almost always have some sort of wear. Cleaning your item is always recommended. Jewelry & hardware usually need polishing. I also recommend polishing and/or conditioning all leather items / parts.
