New but the top plate was broke when I purchased it and has never been used it is absolutely beautiful but I am downsizing everything A red rose flower pattern 2 round plates Install from the bottom up , I put it together for pictures as it can be very useful for whatever you want to put on it at a party etc No bundles due to being fragile There will be a couple extra parts included I am seeing a few flaws in the making on the bottom plate shown in last picture
