I love this skirt, but it should belong to someone who will wear it more often. Great for holiday parties on the ranch or a classy rodeo look. This is such a treasured Texan outfit maker. There’s a tear on the hem at the bottom. It’s not noticeable when worn at all—there are already fringes!
