Good condition. Black long dress with tulle layering for added volume. Halter style with tie back knot. Back zipper closure. May be vintage. Size 9/10. Small tear on halter as shown in pic. Wrinkled from storage. Had a jewel on front but was removed. Bust: 16” Waist: 14.5” Length: 60” (Measurements are approximate)
