Vintage Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Puffy Heart Key Chain

A gorgeous key chain marked "Tiffany & Co" and "Sterling". This sweet puffy heart on a chain is used but in good condition. It weighs 9.51 g. The keychain, which still works wonderfully, has a catch that opens. This key chain most likely dates to the mid 20th century, and the puffy heart is different than anything easily available now!
