Vintage corduroy skirt

I had cut the tag off but I want to say it's a size 12 - but please check measurements in photos. 70s burnt orange corduroy high waisted skirt with a pleat in the back and a zipper/ button close. The material itself has some wear in terms of slight discoloration (see pics) but otherwise in fantastic condition. It does get hot wearing it!
