This vintage piece, black blazer is stunning ! It gives me Michael/Janet Jackson vibes. I think it’s def a blazer, but if you are short could possibly be a dress. Measured approximately 28’. Inside feels like silk. Piece is made in Germany. All 4 pockets on the front work-two bottom ones are deep. Inside of tag it says a size 38. But the outside of tag says 8. Seem to be from the 80’s, mainly bc of vintage tag & shoulder pads. But back then the price on tag is $920.
