ukobsession This is Absolutely gorgeous. I have dropped prices as low as I can go on it. I have a store here in Morristown, TN. and have sold so many for bride's and anyone that wanted to just bling bling....or go to Vegas or L A . If you want to stand out this one is for you.

ukobsession @robinross209 I will measure it when I get to my store later this morning. Its adjustable. I will try to add a video of me measuring it if I can. If not I will put the measurements in there.

ukobsession @robinross209 Its 22 inches around inside. but can be tightened. It has a liner all the way around on the inside as you can see in the pictures that holds the ribbon to tightened. I guess you could cut that out if you wanted to. it would give around another half inch. Although I would not recommend cutting out the liner.
