@edonaldson91 Hi!💕 Thanks for your interest! The fabric is very stretchy and soft. The waist is zippered however and not elastic. I need to add some measurements and can do so today🙌 It’s a gorgeous dress 😍 I wish it fit me !

@edonaldson91 💕Just measured…the waist is 14” across and does not stretch, is zippered. The bust area is flexible with the plunge, but the lower bust area is about 16”. The drop of the V is 12.5”. The top of waist to bottom hem is 19”. The waist can tie small too. And I feel is more of an empire waist, at least was on me. Hope this helps!🙏
