A stunning light beige genuine python clutch from Barfield & Baird. It has an interesting ruffled top with a pear shaped side silhouette. The top closure is double magnetic snaps and the interior is the sueded skin and the top and gusset sides are a beige glove leather. The interior is completely open with a ring on either side to add a chain strap converting it to a shoulder or crossbody bag. It measures 6.5" wide at the bottom, 6" wide at the top, 5" in height and a depth of 2.25". My pics have pulled the yellow tone out; the skin is more of a true beige shade and showing a bit of a yellow tone at certain angles. This bag is from approx 2007 and was a collaboration of designers Lisa Barfield Kopecky and Minnie Baird in San Antonio, Texas. Lisa Barfield Kopecky now owns the Barfield Collection and Minnie Baird is still designing and selling bags from Houston, Texas. At the time these bags were made in either outside of San Miguel de Allende Mexico or upstate New York. This particular bag was purchased from Stanley Korshak in Dallas, Texas; the largest independent department store in the country. This is a gorgeous bag in new condition; never having been used.
