3/$25 Smartset summer strapless dress

Smartset strapless dress with a drawstring and slit in the bottom. Wore this a few times as a swimsuit cover up. Still in great condition. Labelled as a small but fits more like a medium. $8 when bundled with 3+ items (bundle must be $15+).
