itstajewelry @lovethakrah The condition is very good. As mentioned the only flaw is a missing button. There are no stains, rips, holes, discoloration. I'm not sure what you mean by peeling since this is a fabric coat. I can pull the coat tomorrow for length measurements. It appears those photos didn't get uploaded.

itstajewelry @lovethakrah I'm embarrassed. I'm so very sorry. The length I'd approximately 47 inches long. The color does have a grayish to it. It is not Jet Black. I am uploading photos to show the difference. The last photo will show the coat on the top and a solid black shirt on the bottom .
