This is a vintage Hmong Story Cloth. It is hand stitched embroidery depicting village life. This particular one shows villagers harvesting grains and vegetables. It is created on blue fabric and is framed in white and grey. Created by Hmong refugees in Thailand, the embroidered cloths allegedly go back 5,000 years and depict major events.
