I actually purchased this just a few weeks before christmas. The coat is new without tags. I tried it on, and immediately realized it was too small and I needed a size up. The coat has never been worn outside. It is in pristine condition and retails for about double the price. This is a phenomenal deal on a coat you can't buy anymore. Coat is 90% wool / 10% cashmere The eckford coat is my favorite men's peacoat that burberry has ever put out. The 4 button rows and vertical slit pockets create a slimming effect that extends the wearer vertically. A lot of their new coats are made to look very boxy. I wish this coat still fit me; If it did I would never sell it. I'm only selling because I need a 42R and this fits like a medium/large 40R. It is a trimmed fit, very flattering.
