laurenpetersenn @smartbell hi! When I lay it flat on the ground it is 11.5in wide. I will say the fabric isn’t stretchy but the straps on the back are adjustable. The length of the straps are as well as that strap you see that connects them in the back. That can be adjusted as long or as short as you need. I would recommend no bigger than a B cup. I am a 34B and fit, but it also would fit better on any size smaller than that:)
