Hi. I bought this from Saks Fifth and wore it once on a date. I LOVE it. I'm SO picky about clothes and this one is completely up to standard.I just am letting go of a few things that I'm not wearing in high rotation. If no one grabs this, I'm keeping it. The reflective lining is SO dope and lots of good pockets. The fabric is sturdy and thick. I'd call this 'new without tags' because there is no wear or anything of that sort.
