New with tags. Tiny blue marks on both sides of collar but not noticeable (see last picture). Almost seems like they’re part of the shirt design. Elastic across front which looks tucked in when on. Can roll up sleeves and fasten with a button. Chest is 23 1/2” across. 21” long in front. 27 1/4” long in back. Sleeves are 25 1/4” at their longest from shoulder seam to the end.
