jscavacini hi- i am so new to poshmark and couldnt seem to find the right place to message you. i purchased a pair of havainas (women size 9 flip flops) and they appear to not be authentic to me. i dont know how to go about reaching you in the correct manner on here- but i was replacing the same pair and the sizing of everything is off- from the actual size of the flip flop to the size of the band that creates the flip flop..... how can we resolve this??
