This top is new with tags. It’s a light yellow color. The front has a criss cross design with a key hole in the middle of the chest. It ties at the back of the neck. There is a second layer underneath at the top that is like a built in bra with elastic along the bottom. There are straps on either side that are tucked in to be able to put this on a hanger.
