J. Crew lightweight dress/cover up

this is technically sold as a cover-up but reviews discussed how great it is as a dress with nude undergarments and that is what I bought it to wear as. is is pretty thin, light and airy cotton with smocked sides on the top part, flowy ruffled hem, adjustable straps, and tie to make a bow in front or in back. due to flowy nature and adjustable straps, sizing is forgiving both up and down
