Dip women’s navy blue and white polka dot tunic top. It has bright red lips scattered throughout. It is long enough to be a dress, but the 11 inch tailored slits on each side make it better as a top. It has a drawstring waist that ties in each side. It buttons up the front and there is elastic around the cuffs of the sleeves. Measures 21” pit to pit flat laid and is 36” in length.
