Fancy Romper

New without tags. Never worn. Bought at the world finals rodeo without trying it on. Says it is a size large fits more like a medium. Beautiful romper. Yes ladies it is shorts! Beautiful lace around neck line and beads on tie with a waist winching tie in the back as well. I’m so sad it didn’t fit hope another lady loves it as much as I did. 💕
