n_r_r_pnw @thacla I don't really have any way of knowing. There isn't anywhere I can find customer reviews of these vintage boots. My daughter wears a 9-9.5 and they are too big for her. Dexter did make these boots in the USA, so I would assume the conform to standard US sizing, but that is just a guess. Sorry I can't be of more help.

n_r_r_pnw Sorry this took so long. Measuring the insole was kind of tricky because of the length of the shaft. I finally used an adjustable shoe tree, fit that to the boot and measured the shoe tree. Based on that, the insole length is about 10-1/2". Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks,
