Brand new with tags. Tag says large but I’m a medium 8/10 and it fit perfect. It will actually fit a 6 too because the top is adjustable quite a bit and could even go larger and be worn high waist. Also it does have stretch and is totally comfortable. There is sheer on both side of the thigh to the hem of, also sheer at the top on either side. Really cute and form but not stiff.
