Very cute Tye-Dye casual dress, circular pattern by Duluth Trading Company. Tagged as size Large but fits more as a Medium (Ladies). There is a small hole (last photo) at the bottom of dress near the hem line, it is not visible when wearing and possibly a quick fix for someone skilled in sewing 🪡.
