The original LV branded brass snap is snappy and shiny. Photo of the date code is included. Made in Spain. There is a thin "sleeve” under which you can easily slip your ID or Credit Card, which is SO perfect for grab-and-go moments. Date code appears to be L00933. Approximate measurements: ~4.25" × 2.25".
