This tunic is a mix of fabrics - the bodice front, bodice back, and embroidered skirt front are a cotton poplin, while the sleeves and skirt back are a thin knit, so it's very comfortable to wear. At 5'10", it falls above my knees, so I wore it with leggings, but it could be a cute dress on someone shorter or braver than me. 😆 I class this one as a top, since unlike eShakti's dresses, it does not have pockets. It was custom made to my size, but it's about a US women's 14-16.
