Hello! Is the material actually silk?
missdahlias
@jms411808 yes, it is made with 100% silk, without any other materials, and does not contain any synthetic materials, like rayon, polyester, etc!

@jms411808 one second, I’ll post a photo of the tags
missdahlias
@jms411808 wait. One moment let me verify that first and post photographs… haha 😅

@jms411808 okay, oddly enough no it is not silk! I thought it was, it feels almost identical to their 100% silk blouses and another dress I have; but the material is a little more heavy weight. It is very, very well made. It is viscose rayon, which is a natural (actually made from wood pulp?!) fabric, and much more expensive than synthetics like polyester.

@jms411808 It also drapes almost identically and feels like silk. Because it’s lined, it drapes a little more heavy than an unlined silk blouse or dress. But it still has the almost exact feel and shine of regular silk!

@missdahlias, thanks for checking and for the information on the fabric.
