could you please give bust measurement please? is this loose fitting around hips

@dseaver 22.5 as above(p2pmeans from one underarm seam to other-posh terminology, ha). It is 25” across back hip. In front, there are sewn down pleats half way down so it has more room and is flowy. Probably about 34”. 17” from side to middle buttons x2. Hope that helps. It is smock like in front but sewn down pleats come down 12” so bust is 22.5 thx
