lydatl @helendavismoore I believe the shipping discount is part of a Poshmark promotion today, and only applies to purchases at full listing price: Shipping promotion valid through March 3, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST. Discounted shipping lasts for six hours after price drops. **Orders placed through Make an Offer do not qualify for this promotion.** I am happy to process a refund if you are no longer interested! lydatl @helendavismoore yes the price was originally $19 and already discounted 10% to $17 which came with the shipping promotion. The $12 offer was accepted (another 30% discount) but "Make an offer" sale does not qualify for the reduced shipping from Poshmark based on their promo policy. Will ship tomorrow at accepted price unless you change your mind
