lauralvintage @hodgesbarbie hi😘Laying flat, seam to seam, about 19.5”. They are very stretchy. The Inseam is 10”, so they are not low rise. Maybe measure a pair you to compare?? 💕

lauralvintage They measure 8" at the bottom & seem to have a slight flare. They were not mine so can not really say? But they seem very stretchy when I I pull them. Maybe do a search on this style?
