carolinecduda Where is break in the sole located? I know it says 7” calf laying flat but I’m not well versed. Are the boots intended to be loose at top? I have an average size calf.

lily_luxe @carolinecduda Hi! thanks for the questions. there isn't a "break" in the sole. As I start to get wear at the toe of boots, I have my cobbler patch the sole so that there is fresh material and its doesn't ruin the actual boot. You can see in the 5th photo with the soles at the toe there is a patch of new rubber material. I think this is what you were asking about. If not, let me know!

lily_luxe @carolinecduda I would say that I have small to average calves and these fit well with some room. They are not intended to be oversized. If you wanted to measure the circumference of your calf, you could compare it to the measurement. 7" across will = 14" around.
