Description shows it fits 16-18 calf, so is the calf adjustable then? Is the max circumference around the calf 18”? Thanks

Hello, no they are not adjustable since they are leather although they can comfortably fit a calf with circumference of 16-18”. Leather is buttery smooth, not stiff :)
