Comfortable, has a nice weight to it.
Ties/belted at waist to flatter figure.
Like new/Excellent used condition, worn maybe twice, but it's a little long for me (I'm 5'2).

@emelins should be okay with heels or wedges. It'll graze the ground with flat sandals (which is what I prefer to wear most days)
