Dress The Population Floral Embroidered Applique, High Neck A-line Dress, Sample Black embroidered mesh over a tan lining. The dress has a double lining in the torso area. It also has multi colored floral embroidered appliques, some of which are 3-D. I've tried to show this in photos, primarily the pale purple flowers. Some light sequins detail as well. Dress has a high square neckline with adjustable straps. Measurements taken while lying flat: Pit to pit - 16" Waist - 12.5" Hips - 20.5" Pit to hem - 36" Please note that tags have been cut. The dress is new, never worn, and served as a sample. Therefore, there is no material content tag either. Please review photos carefully, as well as measurements.
