@heatherwolfe08 Hi! This dress is amazing!! Measuring flat without stretch pit-to-pit is 14", but the dress part is made to stretch and will comfortably stretch across to more than 16". The straps are not very long so adjustments should not be needed. The straps measure 13" from back to front. I wore this dress comfortably as a size 2-4. Hope this helps. Happy Poshing!!
